Saint FM soft launch in December '07 to give a chance for presenters to get training live on the air, later on the next year we had a full launch. This is where everyone was invited to come along and have a party. There was a ballon release, food and drink and was a great day.

On Tuesday 16th December 2008, Anver Anderson invited nine bands down to the studio to play live on Saint FM. Loads of people came down to the studio and had a party in the next room, here are some pictures from that event.

Before Saint FM got there full time lisence they used to broadcast for 28 days a year with a RSL lisence, normally over Christmas. This was normally on 106.6 FM but also broadcast once on AM. The pictures in this album show people presenting, recording the soap etc.

In the Summer of 2008 Drivetime presenter, Daniel Keen completed a 24 hour radio show. He went from 12pm Saturday to 12pm Sunday. Why did he do this you may ask? In August 2008 Daniel went to India to rebuild a school, but before he could he had to raise £1,550. He completed his 24 hour stint and went off to India.

3rd Monday debate 18th May hosted at Maldon Library this month was chaired by RAY CLARK BBC ESSEX. The panel will debate "What does your Councillor do for you?"

On the 28th June Saint FM held a Poem & a Pint Night at the White Hart hotel in Burnham! The top poets that entered the Essence of Summer competition were invited up to resight there poems infront of an audience.

On the 4th July 2009 Saint FM took our roadshow down to Hythe Quay in Maldon for the Bikes & Barges Event. This event saw lots of people come out to enjoy the weather while looking at a wide range of motorcycles. This was all in aid of DeafBlind UK!
